5 v 5 games
Our 5v5 Games at Da Fonte Pro Training offer a fast-paced, competitive environment where players can sharpen their skills in small-sided matches. Played without goalies and using small goals, these 6-minute games—where the winner stays on—keep players engaged and constantly improving.
With only three teams, the action stays intense, and the competitive energy drives players to push themselves. Each game is played to 2 goals, ensuring that athletes remain focused and motivated throughout their time on the field. The small goal format creates quick decision-making and fast-paced action, helping players refine their passing, shooting, and ball control under pressure.
The structure of our 5v5 Games encourages friendly competition while helping players develop their tactical understanding and teamwork. It’s the perfect environment for athletes looking to improve their skills in a fun yet challenging setting.
Select Player Winter/Summer Tournaments
Da Fonte Pro Training’s Select Player Winter and Summer Tournaments provide a unique opportunity for athletes to showcase their skills in a competitive, intense but fun environment. These events are designed for select players who are ready to challenge themselves against top-level competition.
Throughout the Winter and Summer seasons, athletes participate in high-energy, fast-paced games that focus on the technical ability, tactical awareness, and teamwork that the players work on all year long with Da Fonte Pro Training. Players are placed in teams based on skill level, ensuring that each player is challenged and given the opportunity to grow in a competitive setting.
The tournaments not only allow athletes to gain valuable experience in high-pressure situations, but also provide a chance to display their individual abilities while contributing to team success.


Summer Training
Da Fonte Pro Training’s Summer Training Program is designed to help players stay sharp, improve their skills, and take their game to the next level. Open to elementary, middle, and high school players, our program offers age-specific sessions three days a week to ensure tailored development for every player.
Each 2-hour session is broken down to maximize both skill development and athletic performance:
- 1 hour of soccer training – Focused on technical skill work, ball mastery, and tactical development to enhance overall gameplay. Players will refine their passing, dribbling, shooting, and decision-making skills.
- 30 minutes of speed, agility, and strength training – Designed to improve athleticism, increase quickness, and focus on injury prevention. These exercises help players build the physical foundation needed for success on the field.
- 30 minutes of 5v5 gameplay – Small-sided games that allow players to apply their new skills in a competitive, fast-paced environment. The 5v5 format promotes creativity, teamwork, and quick thinking under pressure.
By training in age-specific groups, players receive focused, age-appropriate instruction and challenges that promote growth and confidence. This program is the perfect opportunity for athletes to sharpen their skills, stay active during the summer, and return to the season ready to take on new challenges.
